It is time for the Sew, Mama, Sew GIVEAWAY!! YAY!! And you won't be disappointed. Today, I am giving away one of my Baby Robots!! These are very new...so new in fact that I have not listed them to my Etsy shop yet. But all in good time, my pretties. They are entirely hand painted and handmade and are incredibly cute. If you hadn't noticed. They are only about two inches tall and come with a red string to hang as an ornament if desired. These will be available in my shop on Etsy eventually. Please pay it a visit to see what other items I have available or just to say hello! Click the blue links above. The holidays have kind of thrown me for a loop. So here's how this will work. Answer the following question. I will choose a random post on December 6th and that post will be the winner (posting more than once still only counts as one entry). QUESTION: What is one of your family's Christmas Traditions? Of course, I don't get to play but I'll share one (or two) with you anyway...since Christmas is around the corner. :)
Every year my family makes our Christmas Eve meal of Swiss Cheese Fondue, Hawaiian Meatballs, Fruit Salad, and French Bread. We open gifts and on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day (it varies sometimes) my dad reads A Child's Christmas in Whales to everyone. It's a wonderful, wonderful book full of Christmas memories by a boy who grew up in Whales, England. Check it out. It's very random but I adore it and you will too.
Okay. POST AWAY! Remember to check back to see if you won and provide me with a way to contact you! And REMEMBER to check out all the other giveaways available at Sew, Mama, Sew! Click the icon! Once on this page you can view the vendors in a few of the categories. Be sure to check out the other lists of vendors giving away items under the 'Don't miss the additional Giveaway Day Master Lists' heading next to the green icon. Clicking each vendor name will send you to their blog to check out their giveaway item.

I really love that robot! My 3 year old daughter has a thing for robots and this would be perfect for her. We always do the pajamas on Christmas Eve thing, but we try to have someone we know dress up as Santa and bring them to the kids.
Our annual bonfire is my favorite tradition:) Lovely prize!! Thanks!

So cute!! Thanks for this giveaway.
Every year for Christmas Eve we invite my in-laws over. They come after dinner time and we stay up and watch movies, gab (we are all women but my husband!) and eat snacks. We go to bed very late and wake late in the morning. So fun to see them and have this stress free time!
He is just TOO CUTE!!
In our house, we celebrate "Christmas Adam", which is December 23, the day before December 24, "Christmas Eve". I honestly don't remember how or when the tradition started - some time when the kids were still little and we were trying to explain Christmas Eve to them and they got the Bible stories mixed up!
How do we celebrate? By smoking pork RIBS for dinner!!
The baby robot is just awesome!
My family always goes out for Chinese food on Christmas Eve.
We go to the church on Christmas to celebrate the birth of Jesus. We eat turkey, drink hot chocolate, and the kids open their gifts.
I would like to win the robot, my nephew is always drawing robots.
Thank You a lot,
Andrea ♥

We love to watch the movie White Christmas.
My son works works in the robotic lab and the U.S. Space and Rocket Center this would be such a cute ornament for him.
oh so cute! I love him and want him to be my friend! My fav tradition is that my 6yo draws pictures for santa and them he comes and "picks" them up and also draws her a picture and writes her a note, I love when her face lights up when we read it to her.
Oh, that is the cutest thing that I have ever seen! My son would absolutely love it. My favorite Christmas tradition is to bake as many batches of different cookies as I possibly can before the big day. Then I bring some with me to every party and gathering we are invited to during Christmas time.
I LOVE the robot... what a fun idea!
We always give pajamas or new bathrobes on St. Nick's Day (Dec 6) so that we all match on Christmas morning...
Opening gifts on Christmas Eve - then we can sleep in a bit
The robot is adorable - great for toddler grandsons :-)
We always sing Happy Birthday Jesus.
I love the robot! I love all robot-related crafts it seems, but the miniature aspect of yours makes it even more awesome!
Our most unusual tradition is that our Santa gifts were always laid out in the family room, unwrapped, and my parents made everyone line up OLDEST to youngest to walk out to see our gifts on Christmas morning. This was, they said, so that the adults could have time to turn around and see the little ones' faces. I was certain it was their own special form of torture.
So cute! My favourite tradition is letting the kids open one present on Christmas eve, and it's always pjs and slippers. It's kind of torturous because it takes them until they're about 10 to really catch on that it's always the same thing and there's no chance they're getting a toy early.
That is so stinking ADORABLE and would be perfect to hang on the tree as my sons first Christmas decoration. I've been looking everywhere for something adorable but not too sissy.
My favorite tradition is making a star for the top of the tree Christmas Eve night. Out of an old box and tin foil. Nothing too fancy, but it's fun and kids love it.
wow they are sooo tiny! I love them!!
We like to go sledding at Christmas time, and then come in for some hot chocolate (coffee for me please!).

Happy holidays!
Oh, that robot is so cute!
We are starting a new tradition this year -- a chocolate fountain! Chocolate covered strawberries and bananas, MMMM!
Watching "A Christmas Story" with my hubby!
Adorable robot. We like to go driving and look at all the Christmas lights a couple of nights before Christmas (or on Christmas eve).
What a cute little robot. One of our christmas traditions is new jammies and pics in front of the tree on christmas eve. Thanks for the giveaway!
Ohhh, that is too cute!! One of my family's annual traditions is to open one gift from a family member before bedtime on Christmas eve. :)
Every year my parents and I open one present on Christmas eve and all the rest on Christmas day :)
Very cute! My son would love it. We like to go to the woods and cut our Christmas tree. Thank you for the giveaway.

I always read The Night Before Christmas to my daughter, LOL. Even though she's in college now we still do it!
Of course I have to enter a baby robot, I love them so.
As for traditions, it's only the second year but I plan on making it a yearly tradition: Matt and I spend an evening together making kusudama paper ornament. Tonight we made our second one and they appear to be multiplying in size. I'm concerned for next years ornament.
we always each open a present on christmas eve night. we don't have many other traditions, but this one ALWAYS happens. AND I LOVE THE ROBOT GIVE IT TO ME PLEASE :)
Oh my word, that is so cute!
My favorite tradition is observing Advent. It really gets up ready for celebrating Christmas day.
We all get Jammies for Christmas eve and eatlots of different crackers, cheeses, & meats
Oh so cute! Love him.
Our family tradition was to make gingerbread houses for friends, we'd get a whole bunch of kids around to decorate them and we'd eat so much candy and icing that we'd be hyped for hours. All my friends remember them fondly these many years later, and we did it until we left home. I've tried to make the houses here in New Zealand but it's too hot and humid to be successful. I can only hope I come up with something half as fun for my daughter when she gets older.
Cute robot! Our tradition is baking and sharing cookies.
Too adorable robot! i have a little guy that would love a big one too! Christmas morning is always in our PJ's. We will have to start a new tradition now that DH lost his 99 yo grandma....
My favorite tradition is going to Midnight Mass with my family every year.
Love the robot! I'm decorating my 2-year-old's room in a robot theme, so I'd love to add this to his room!
We just started our advent calendar. That's my favorite tradition.
Funny little robot !
I loved when I was kid using cotton in the Xmas tree to replace snow....
Love the robot. My little guy loves anything with robots.
We read lots of Christmas books. We always fix a big meal on Christmas day. On Christmas Eve, we always go out to eat for my birthday. Yes, this is sometimes quite difficult since everyone closes early and in a lot of instances, you are working with a limited menu! But at least there is always adventure.

My favorite Christmas tradition is looking at the lights with my sister. We had to skip it last year because of a big snow storm and I was so sad.
How cute is that?! We're continuing a tradition that my husband grew up with of always baking a birthday cake for Jesus.
Adorable robot! We like to have a big brunch on Christmas morning of Cinnamon rolls, egg casserole, bacon, fruit, egg nog and hot chocolate. That's the only meal I cook and we love to just hang out all day!
cute! this would be perfect for my little guy's 2nd christmas! I'm hoping to get him an ornament for every year that he can later take with him to his very own chrsitmas tree!
Every year we put out a wooden nativity set but leave baby Jesus out of the manger. on Christmas Eve we all gather and sing Silent Night while the youngest person there puts baby Jesus into the manger.

So cute! We love making (and eating) coffee cake every Christmas morning for breakfast. sales4mp@gmail.com
My favorite Christmas family tradition is waking up early and opening my stocking with my brothers, and then eating Apple French Toast before presents!
abigail.lee {at} gmail.com
One of our traditions is exchanging ornaments and eating avocado sandwiches on Christmas Eve at my Grammy's house. Yum!
today is a great day!!! that is absolutely an adorable robot!!!
my family hasn't celebrated xmas for some years now, it was just me and my parents, so it's pretty sad. but now i got married and i get to spend xmas with the inlwas and i love it. there's a big tree and lots of great food and everyone talks loud and laughs. it's great!!!
a kiss all the way from portugal :)
That robot is awesome! I just started a Christmas tradition 2 years ago (our family is very new) that involves me making ornaments for everyone. I hope that by the time my little ones move out, they will have plenty of ornaments to decorate their own trees.
I'm at this young-adult point in my life where all my old traditions have fallen prey to time and distance and I've yet to make any new ones. I'm thinking something like December night hike with snowshoes (which means, first, December night mountain drive- gotta get my snow tires on!).
I like your style. *subscribe*

My 2 yo really likes your baby 'robop'. I do, too!
My husband always watches 'It's A Wonderful Life' on Christmas Eve, and then we read the Christmas story.
One of many traditions!
Thanks for the giveaway
We play cricket on the lawn after lunch, it's so fun everyone joins in.
What a great giveaway! Every year, my family goes to the zoo to see a fabulous Christmas light display - I love it!
We always bundle up in PJs and drive around to look at Christmas lights on Christmas Eve. Then we come home and have hot chocolate and a fire in the fireplace!
how cute is that robot! I love it!
Our tradition is that my kids have to wait til I'm awake on Christmas morning to get their stockings. They all have to pile into bed with me, and then I pull out the stockings. That way I can watch them open them... I'm the only one in the family who sleeps in :)
Ohmygosh, that robot is adorable. My family and I stay up late on Christmas Eve drinking egg nog and playing board games. Very fun.
We go on a train ride through a garden of lights display at a local greenhouse with a bunch of friends and then all go back to our place for coffee after while the kids watch a Christmas movie downstairs.
we just started this tradition last year but I like it. For my family we get together on christmas eve. for awhile we did swaps and whatnot for christmas presents but last year we did something diffent. we all brought some money and looked through worldvision.org gift catalog. we picked out gifts for others. this year we are giving to their new micro program. I think its a fun thing to do instead of the normal gift swap of $25.
My husband's birthday is Dec. 10, so when he was younger his mom made it a tradition to go pick out a tree on his birthday. He loves it and looks forward to it every year! We're getting excited as it's coming up next week. :)
I want that baby robot! adorable! my fav family tradition is listening to christmas music in early november and eating way too many satsuma mandarin oranges. I'm weird. :o)
please take a peek at my blog and giveaway http://crissybell.blogspot.com
aaah that robot is so cute!!!
My favorite tradition is putting up the ornaments on our felt advent calendar Christmas tree. Mom and I made it when I was 8, and all the felt ornaments to put up are decorated with sequins, so it's both cute and sparkly. ;)
My son's room is decorated in a robot/space theme. He would love this little guy! My favorite tradition when I was a kid was going to look at all the Christmas lights on people's houses. We all had our favorites to look at every year.
Our tradition is a bit random but we always drink bloody marys on Christmas morning while we open pressies in our pjs. The kids have tomato juice with a celery stick in it, just like the grownups but no vodka :)
Thanks for such a great give-away,
Emma x

Lovely! Thanks for the opportunity. We like making Christmas cookies.
This is the cutest thing!!! I love him! My boys will love him too! Thanks for the opportunity! We always get together with my family on Christmas Eve and my dad reads the Christmas story from the Bible to all the grandkids - its very cozy and sweet. Then we feast! I can't wait to look for the Wales Christmas story now! ;-)
We're almost always on vacation over christmas, so we open presents a week or two early :)
love that robot and so will my daughter. we love making a thermos of hot cocoa and taking a drive to look at christmas lights.
Oh he's so cute. I just adore him! My dad always used to read the night before christmas on Christmas Eve, and I thought the was the bees knees for years.
what a cute robot!
I am totally checking out a child's christmas in whales at the library. sounds great!
A tradition in my little family is to do a Jesse tree with the kids. each night at dinner (or at breakfast) my husband reads a few bible verses about someone in the genealogy of Jesus. the kids get to color a small picture that represents that person, and then we hang it on a hand print cutout construction paper tree I put on the kitchen window. the kids love it, and I feel like it keeps the focus on Jesus.
what a cute robot.
hmm, the favorite tradition used to be the little girl eagerly running around the house waking everybody up first thing in the morning to open presents- that has now evolved to dragging the sleepy teenager up so we can finally open gifts! (btw- she'd go nuts for that robot)
I collect robots! This is so cute! Our tradition is that we all sit in a huge circle, youngest to oldest. After the gifts are passed out, the youngest starts first and opens one present while everyone waits and watches. Then it goes around and around. We all only open one present at a time, one person at a time! So opening presents is usually a 6-8 hour event!
My favorite memories are of decorating the tree while eating cookies and listening to Christmas carols.
Thank you for this wonderful giveaway. Thank you for the opportunity to win.

Every year I make several batches of our family's traditional christmas cookie; then we have a decorating day where family/friends are invited to help decorate them with glaze and toppings. A day full of laughter, creativity and fun..with music in the background of course.
too cute. would be great in our shadow box...my family always meets at church for 530 childrens mass and then we go to my uncles house for a get together...it lasts all night with people coming and going as time permits. always a good time, and nice to be with family. thanks!
My favorite christmas tradition is getting the tree and putting up the lights.
adorable robot!
I love unwrapping all of the ornaments and reliving Christmases past!
We eat lobster on Christmas Eve with my parents (but this year we have to do a rain check because they are going to Hungary for Christmas). My son is CRAZY for robots! Cool1
well, we celebrate solstice. we make sun bread and take it outdoors to toss some up to the sun. we dry orange slices to put on our tree and we make treats for the birds. :) cute robot!
That robot is too cute. My son loves robots. I could never make something that small.
Great work
Thanks for the great giveaway.
I love robots!
We make a gingerbread house and decorate it together.
So cute! My son would love it. Our tradition is Christmas Crackers-grasping tails all around the table, and only one snaps!
What a gorgeous robot!
Our tradition is to decorate the tree as a family, using the decorations made by the kids over the year.

Oh I just know the little boy who would love these little robots! They are too cute.
My favorite Christmas activity is to make an ornament with my daughter's picture in it and hang up on the tree. It's so sweet to watch her grow up so fast. Can't believe it'll be her 3rd ornament this Christmas!
Cute, cute, cute!
Each year we buy a new christmas ornament. That's our tradition! :)
Thanks for the great giveaway! Happy holidays!

thanks for hosting the giveaway! the robot is adorable! our holiday tradition is to eat a big meal for dinner and sit around and talk. mom and dad usually did the cooking but recent years we've been going out, it's nice not having to clean up afterwards
We get together with family friends and make and cook around 50 pounds of cookie dough before Christmas. It's a lot of fun, but you definitely tend to eat a lot of dough and give huge amounts of cookies away.
I love the robot!! Thanks for doing the giveaway.

One night our kids are allowed to stay up late, we pile into the car, go buy gelati and drive around to see some Christmas light displays. And your little robot guy is so cute by the way!
My mom and I always bake. Tons of cookies. And we give them away to the family for Christmas. :)

Count me in please! I'd love a chance to win.
Tradition: Well, I love to take an evening walk in the first winter snow...even if it's after Christmas here in Southern Indiana. And I like to watch "It's a Wonderful Life." That make Christmas complete for me!
Happy Sun Shiny Sunday! :)
My son would go bananas for that cool robot! He is roboboy on etsy.
Our favorite Christmas tradition playing board games while the turkey is in the oven. It's such a feeling of good cheer and warmth.
Thanks for the great giveaway!
ack! That wee robot is soooo cute! Would love to put it on one of my daughter's Christmas gifts and then hang it on the tree.
One of my favorite Christmas traditions is that every Thanksgiving all the cousins put our names into a hat and then draw a name for a Secret Santa gift exchange on Christmas Eve. It is so fun to keep a big secret and then give the perfect present to your unassuming giftee. We've been doing it since we were kids. :)
We have a handmade advent calendar (made by me) with a daily scripture to read and a piece of a nativity. I probably enjoy it more than the kids!
